All duties related to the position of “Sales Representative” which would include, but not be limited to: 

– Representation of Ribstone Creek Brewery Inc. (RCB) and its products to current and potential customers 

– Attendance at various functions such as tastings, cask events, new product launches, shows, festivals, farmer’s markets and promotional events 

– Representation of RCB at various events involving the promotion of the company 

-Active participation in sales team weekly sales calls and planning meetings.

-Active submissions to our CRM to ensure our sales calls are being logged and our management team has clear picture

– Additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be:

• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal savvy and the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships
• Customer focused ensuring that our customers’ expectations and requirements are consistently met
• Approachable, informative, accountable and reliable
• Motivated, goal oriented and driven to achieve results
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage their time

Additional qualifications / assets:

• Previous sales experience (2-5 years).
• Ability to travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas
• Ability to lift 40 lbs

• Current drivers licence.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required (trade shows, farmers markets)
• Basic computer knowledge (email, online)
